My mother finally requested service and the other waitress said she was not ours but after a pause said she help us, but was clearly put out. Finally we got a server who was unsure if her herself and had clearly not been trained in customer service or the art serving. She seemed terrified. I immediately informed her of our gift certificate and she said she would have to ask how yo do it as she had not seen one before. The food was wonderful. She brought the check without following up one the gift certificate and I had to ask again and wait while they figured out how to apply it to the bill. Read more Read less
