So I pointed it out to the waitress .. she didn't care about the fact that she is accountable to what she said before we ordered the meal.. I asked to checked with the manager to adjust the bill because of her mistake... She automatically told us that she can guaranty that the manager will not change the price.!!! without even trying yet... So I said this is wrong.
