Here at the Wedge; we use only premium ingredients, with fresh dough made from scratch daily. Our traditional Neapolitan pizza, also known as Naples-style pizza, is a style of pizza made with tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese. Our dough has a thin crust at the base that Puffs up around the sides which provides for a very airy and flavorful crust. Because the crust is so light; it cooks quickly in our wood fired ovens that run between 600 - 700 degrees! Please enjoy a slice of Italy here in Oklahoma! Cheers! The Wedge, an Oklahoma original.
