It looked as if there were only two servers and a bartender on staff and the dining room was full. I arrived and was seated at 7:07 pm. It took about twenty minutes for us to be greeted by our server, another 20 minutes for her to come back for our order and FOREVER for our food to be served. We only ordered an appetizer and two sandwiches. The service was just awful. I've dined here a few times before and never encountered this experience. I had an 8:30 pm engagement with my daughter that evening which was cancelled because we didn't even get our bill until 9:00 pm that evening. What a disappointment.
